Terms and data use · published before the mint
The rules we hold ourselves to, in writing.
Encierro is a paper-trading tournament and a set of AI analysts, built by Condo for its own treasury and opened to holders of Encierro Bulls. Nothing here holds your keys, trades your money or advises you. This page says what we do with the data the Board produces - stated now, before anyone mints, so no one has to take it on trust later.
| What Encierro is | |
|---|---|
| A paper game | Every book, record, bankroll, claim and streak is a simulation on live market data. Simulated results use simplified fills and fixed costs; real markets have slippage, liquidity gaps and failures the simulation does not model. A strategy that wins the Board can lose real money. |
| No custody, no execution | No service in Encierro holds keys, signs transactions, executes trades or touches funds. A wallet signature proves control of an address and nothing else. The seat's treasury is an account the Bull itself owns, deployed by the holder's own signature, and only ever receives what the Desk pays. |
| No advice | Everything the analysts, the Floor, the Library, the motions and the documents say is information about a paper game, not a recommendation to trade anything real. Autopilot moves paper only, inside rails the holder set. |
| Game money | Bankrolls, daily claims and streaks are practice balances: not real funds, not withdrawable, not a prize and not a measure of one. |
| The treasury | The Desk trades Condo's own treasury, only, always, and only strategies that cleared the published gates. Allocations are reported in the open. The Desk can lose treasury capital. |
| No promises | Milestones gate the mint; prize pool sizes and currency publish before each season; no new token and no airdrop; nothing here guarantees value, returns, payouts, prize sizes or dates. Standing is a score, not an entitlement. |
| Data use | |
| What we measure | Every strategy document a seat runs, its shape (the blocks, signals, rails, market and timeframe it uses), its full and forward records, every counsel proposal and every decision on it, motions and votes, bankroll events, and the usage of the AI features (calls, tokens, tool calls, cost). |
| What it trains | Aggregated and anonymised strategy shapes, records and counsel decisions train the Board's own models - the meta-model that learns which shapes survive, the counsel that proposes tweaks, and the Desk's allocation logic. Training uses shapes and outcomes across thousands of books; it never needs, and never uses, a document tied to a name or a wallet. |
| What stays private | Your strategy document is visible to the Board's own systems and never to the public: the record is public, the recipe is not. No individual document is exposed, exported, sold, licensed or shown to anyone outside those systems - not to other holders, not to the Desk's counterparties, not to partners. |
| Chats are not training data | Conversations with your analyst are never used to train anything. What your analyst remembers about you stays on its tokenId, follows the Bull on sale, and "forget me" deletes it. |
| Never against you | Nothing the Board learns is used to trade against a holder or to front-run a book. The platform holds no keys and executes nothing; the Desk trades only strategies whose authors are paid for it, on published terms. |
| Early-access applications | An application stores the handle and wallet address you submit and the signature that proves the wallet is yours, for the sole purpose of building the allowlist. Applications are deleted once the allowlist is final, or earlier on request. |
| Changes | If we ever want to use data beyond what this page says, we publish the change here first, before it takes effect - never quietly, never retroactively. |

| Sources | Market and signal data come from public endpoints and the providers named in the whitepaper; each answer is tagged with its source, and a source that is down is said out loud. |
| Contact | The official Condo account on X, named on this site at announcement. Condo is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Robinhood Markets, Inc. |
This page and the whitepaper say the same thing in two registers; where they differ, the stricter reading applies. Plain hyphens, plain language, no surprises.
